Restoration and renovation of 14,000sf family river estate built 1840 in the Hudson River Valley. Renovations included removing a third floor addition re-sizing the home to original.  Removing, restoring and re-installing original marble and wood floors.  New construction of a 2,000sf modern brick ancillary structure for garage, gym and guests.   Featured in Architectural Digest June 2013.
