Renovation and restoration of existing structures including estate home and historic barn.  Reviewed By NYS Historical Society, DEC and Dutchess Land Conservancy.  New construction Pool House, pool and guest cottages.  Extensive site work included installation of Geothermal heating systems, recommissioning of existing solar system, roadways, pond, tree screening, landscaping of gardens, woods, and hillsides.
