Private 650 acre farm estate under development was a former military academy along the Hudson River. Work recently completed includes the reconstruction and upgrade of a failed man-made dam, reclamation and dredging of a 7 acre lake and the reconstruction of an original 1800’s bridge re-using wood beams from the Field House that was demo’d.
